Role Description An immediate opening is available for a Multi-Axis CAM Programmer. This position is responsible for Multi-Axis Programming, Production Scheduling, Quality Control, Process Improvement, and Team Collaboration. Candidates should have proven experience in CNC multi-axis setup and programming; a continuous improvement mentality; and be a goal-oriented team player. This is a full-time position, with the option for a Monday–Thursday 4-day work week. Occasional overtime may be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Axis Programming: Create and optimize 3, 4, and 5-axis machining processes using MDI, G-Code editing, and Mastercam software.
- Production Scheduling: Use our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to schedule and prioritize off-line programming tasks.
- Quality Control: Read complex engineering blueprints and apply geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) principles.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering and production departments to meet daily targets.
