We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Carpenter / Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. Responsibilities
- Assist with framing, trim carpentry, and door hanging to ensure precise and durable results
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and CNC machinery safely and effectively across multiple tasks
- Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project specifications
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Support concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, roofing, siding, and stucco applications as needed
- Aid in fixture installation, cabinetry setup, flooring installation, tile laying, and electrical or plumbing tasks
- Contribute to restoration projects including water damage remediation, mold remediation, water damage restoration, and general renovation efforts
Experience
- Prior experience working on construction sites with hands-on knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics for accurate project execution
- Experience with various construction trades such as framing, trim carpentry, roofing, masonry, or drywall preferred
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy lifting, scaffolding, power tools, and site hazard prevention
- Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking throughout the day
- Previous work in restoration industry settings or remodeling projects is advantageous
- Basic understanding of electrical or plumbing systems is a plus but not required
