Job Summary
As a Sales Professional, you’ll help customers make purchasing or leasing decisions by identifying their needs, presenting vehicle solutions, and ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional experience. No previous sales experience? No problem! If you’re motivated, eager to learn, and a great fit for our culture, we’ll train you for success.
What You’ll Do
- Guide customers through a proven buying process using established steps and procedures
- Develop and communicate expert product knowledge around vehicle features and options
- Enhance the buying experience by demonstrating vehicles and conducting test drives
- Deliver vehicles using a structured process to ensure customers understand operating features, warranty coverage, and ownership essentials
- Maintain a follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business while building long-term customer relationships
- Assist management in ensuring the lot is properly merchandised to maximize visibility and sales
- Prospect for new customers through phone calls, emails, and outreach to service customers
- Close deals and celebrate success!
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED required
- Availability to work some evenings and Saturdays
- Willingness and ability to learn new systems and processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (in person and over the phone)
- Proficient in basic business math and percentages
- Positive, enthusiastic, and motivated to succeed
- Goal-driven and client-focused with a strong work ethic
- Self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stay organized and detail-focused in a fast-paced environment
