Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will use hands, have to talk and hear. The employee is also required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
This position requires pre-employment screening which includes drug screening, criminal background check, and DMV check.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and execute commercial HVAC installations ranging from 1 day to 1 month (occasionally longer).
- Collaborate with a small, efficient crew (typically 2 people) or work independently depending on project scope.
- Utilize your sheet metal expertise to complete projects with precision and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and leadership to ensure project success.
- Handle a variety of projects that will challenge and expand your skills daily.
- Highly motivated individual with a passion for problem-solving and innovation.
- Proficient in commercial sheet metal installation and familiar with HVAC systems.
- Strong communicator with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Versatile and adaptable to ever-changing project demands.
- HVAC-R service experience is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
- Starting pay: $30-$45 per hour (depending on experience).
