Lawn Care Crew Member

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Lawn Care Crew Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of residential and commercial landscapes. This role involves a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall health and appearance of lawns and gardens, ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service.

Responsibilities

• Perform groundskeeping duties, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns to maintain a neat appearance.
• Execute landscape maintenance tasks such as planting flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various landscaping projects.
• Dig holes for planting or installing landscape features, ensuring proper depth and spacing.
• Build and maintain landscape structures such as flower beds, retaining walls, and pathways.
• Follow safety protocols while operating equipment and performing physical labor.
• Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks efficiently.

Experience

• Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Familiarity with using power tools and hand tools is advantageous.
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions are essential qualities for success in this role.
• A passion for landscaping and a desire to learn more about groundskeeping practices will be highly valued.

We’re looking to hire motivated individuals to our constantly growing lawn care & landscape company. As a tech your daily tasks will be completing mowing routes scheduled or projects each day in a high quality timely manner with other crew members.

Job Requirement -

*Valid License
*Minimum of 18 yrs old
*Reliable and in attendance on time daily
*Work in all types of weather environments
*Ability to work Saturdays when need be
*Ability to pay attention to detail & good work ethics
*Ability to present yourself to customer in a professional manner
*Ability to work well with others as a TEAM
*Ability to use power equipment
*Ability to communicate well with others
*Ability to lift a least 50lbs

Schedule is Monday thru Friday. (40hr) (Saturday are mandatory only when need be). Over time is available. Scope of work is year round. Great friendly work environment. Prefer individuals with experience but will take the time to train the right individual. Benefits are available after grace period. Plenty of opportunity to grow with in the company.
