Essential Functions And Major Responsibilities
License/Certifications - RN license.
Technical - None
Physical Capabilities - Up to 25 lbs frequently, 100 lbs occasionally and extended periods on feet.
Education/Related Experience
Additional - First aid skills including assessment, bandaging, splinting
Minimum education required - English reading, writing and communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent, first aid and avalanche training required.
Minimum time in related position - Prior National Ski Patrol experience preferred.

Position Summary: Manage aid room and provide patient care to OEC standards of care for guests and employees at resort.
Essential Functions And Major Responsibilities
- Provide care and comfort to injured guests and employees. This care is primarily provided in the Ski Patrol Aid Room; however, occasionally it may be necessary to respond to emergencies elsewhere in the base area or on the mountain.
- May also assist with advance life support therapies under direction of physician.
- Also assist with transportation and information needs to family and others accompanying patients to hospital or home.
- Maintain accurate and complete incident reports, as well as coordination of physician statements of treatments and referrals.
- While on duty, must be available by radio when away from the aid room.
License/Certifications - RN license.
