Employment Status: Part Time Seasonal

Wage Range: $15.00 to $16.00

Position Summary:

The Company Store Associate is responsible for issuing, tracking, laundering and returning uniforms.

Additionally sell products, food and beverages.

Should have availability on weekends and holidays.

Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities:

• Maintain a friendly, professional, and outgoing attitude.
• Being proactive with operational and company needs without direction.
• Clean and maintain damaged uniforms.
• Have accurate and consistent cash handling skills.
• Be responsible for balancing cash tills at the end of each day.
• Keep work areas and merchandise clean and presentable.
• Become knowledgeable with Schweitzer Mountain facilities.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Other duties as assigned

Specific Job Skills:

License/Certifications - None

Technical - basic computer skills required

Physical Capabilities - Able to stand and walk for up to 8 hrs per day, may lift up to 50lbs occasionally

Additional - Cash handling experience preferred

Education/Related Experience:

Minimum education required - English reading, writing, communications and basic math.

Minimum time in related position - 1 month retail experience preferred
