What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Project Manager - Data Centers position at Schweiger Construction Company?
Schweiger Construction Company urgently needs an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Mission Critical team.
This senior-level leader will oversee multiple concurrent or program-scale data center projects ranging from 1–20 MW—from concept and planning through commissioning, turnover, and readiness for IT load.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- 15 years of construction management experience
- At least 8 years of mission-critical or data center experience
- Expert knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning, redundancy topologies, and critical-path scheduling
- Proven success delivering accelerated, multi-MW projects on schedule and within budget
- Experience with P6 or MS Project, Procore, and enterprise cost controls
- Strong leadership and polished client-facing communication skills
Experience with Uptime Tier methodology, ANSI/TIA-942, ASHRAE TC 9.9, modular construction, multi-site rollouts, and live-environment upgrades is highly preferred.
