Residential Painter

We are a local residential painting company specializing in high-end interior repaints that desires to grow our team.We are excited to train a motivated candidate. but desire someone that aspires to be the best they can be.

You must be meticulous in your work and enjoy painting. Work well with others, adapt to this company’s system, and get along with co-workers. Must meet production expectations. Reliability and work ethic are needed, games, tardiness, excuses are not tolerated.

Your job will be important since you will be part of a team whose goal is to meet the demanding wishes of critical clients. An excellent painter is knowledgeable in selecting the right tools to manage and complete a job from preparation to completion and cleanup. The goal is to deliver consistent high-quality painting work in a professional manner and productive timeline.

Responsibilities

• Arrive to various job sites at designated time.
• Make on-site preparations such as building scaffolding, protecting furniture, flooring, and remove various hardware etc.
• Prepare areas; including patching, skimming walls, sanding, cleaning prior to application etc.
• Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material
• Paint surfaces according to instructions with appropriate tools
• Receptive to spray applications and processes to achieve fine finish.
• Take and adhere to all health and safety precautions

Characteristics

• Proven experience as a painter OR motivation to learn.
• Excellent retention of knowledge in coatings How to select and apply them. For higher pay scale; proficiency in wall repairs is a must.
• Aptitude in using tools (ladders, scaffold, brushes, rollers, spray machines, caulking guns etc.)
• Manual dexterity with excellent balance to work on scaffolding, ladders etc.
• Conscientious with great attention to detail
• Strong work ethic

• 8AM

This Job Is:
