Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Parts Counter / Shop Backup to support our retail sales team in a fast-paced Trailer environment. This employee will move trailers in and out of service bays and park in the lot. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. Needs to be able to pull trailers in and out of shop. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of vehicles and a dynamic team. After comfortable up front to be back up support for the shop when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the parts counter team in processing customer orders and ensuring accurate order fulfillment.
-Drive Tractor to Park Trailers in lot and pull in and out of the service bays.
- Manage inventory levels, identifying stock discrepancies and taking corrective action to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Support the sales team by providing vehicle maintenance knowledge and offering product recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized parts counter area, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations and maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with the automotive industry and market trends.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
-Drive a diesel tractor/valid drivers license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
