Your Mission
As a Day One Technician on day first shift in Longford, KS, you’ll help ensure newborn piglets get a strong, healthy start—fast. This entry-level, full-time role exists to support animal care standards through consistent, hands-on work.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide attentive care to newborn piglets and support early-life health needs
- Follow established protocols for handling, sanitation, and recordkeeping
- Monitor animals closely and communicate concerns promptly to the team
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and ready for the next set of tasks
Required qualifications/skills:
- Dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working onsite around animals
- Able to learn quickly with on-the-job training and follow written/verbal instructions
- Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and work in barn environments
