Established family-owned and operated Nurse Registry seeks full-time office team member to support Staffing and Coordination as well as all general office responsibilities, in a team environment. We are growing and are looking for someone to grow with us
Daily Responsibilities:
- Assist with all aspects of home care including Staffing and Coordination
- Refer Home Health Aides, skilled nursing and other Registry services to clients under supervision of the Office Administrator
- Manage caregiver and client schedule changes & have ongoing communication with clients and/or family members
- Maintain full compliance with State Registry regulations and adhere to Registry policies and procedures
- Front desk responsibilities, answering phones, greeting visitors.
- General office duties, faxing, emailing, copying, scanning
Requirements:
* Good interpersonal and strong phone skills required
* Strong time management/organizational skills and ability to multi-task
* Resourceful and ability to work independently and prioritize
* Communicate effectively in a team environment
* Strong attention to detail
* Compassion and patience with senior citizens and caregivers
* Customer service experience preferred
* Strong computer skills - working knowledge of MatrixCare/Soneto A PLUS
Must be available to start work immediately
Criminal background check performed and verification of references
Professional attitude and appearance
* Must have car to get to work and live close to Lauderdale Lakes and in Broward County*
