We’re on the lookout for a skilled and driven Lead IT Finance Systems Analyst! In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our Finance Team to understand business needs, identify technology and process improvements, and drive strategic initiatives. Responsibilities:

Business & Technical Liaison: Act as the bridge between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment with business strategies. Identify opportunities for process optimization, gather detailed requirements, prepare functional and technical specifications and design business process models for current and future systems.

Innovative Solutions: Research industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to drive innovation. Lead the RFI/RFP processes and introduce new solutions to improve business efficiency.

Project Leadership: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets. Provide accurate estimates, track progress, resolve issues, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Participate in change management initiatives and the annual budget cycle.

SDLC Expertise: Adhere to and contribute to the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring projects are executed efficiently and meet business objectives. Assist in maintaining and enhancing system standards.

Solution Development & Testing: Configure, test, implement, and support software solutions to meet business needs. Facilitate user acceptance testing to ensure solutions align with expectations.

Ongoing System Maintenance: Monitor and ensure the ongoing effectiveness of systems through regular updates, upgrades, and testing to meet evolving business requirements.

Customer-Centric Support: Provide exceptional service to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving issues as needed. Participate in handling escalated support situations to ensure user satisfaction

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 9 years of experience in an IT role working with finance key stakeholders where you are leading the process design, requirements gathering, preparing functional and technical specifications, configuration and testing
• SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA or other large ERP system experience
• Finance module experience; FICO, Product Costing (CO-PC), Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), Project Systems (PS)
• Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience

Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $104,625 - $174,375 annually with eligibility for a 15% annual incentive bonus, which is based on organizational performance. The salary range represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field or equivalent education and/or experience; Advanced degree preferred

Years of Related Experience: 9 yrs related experience

KSA’s (Knowledge/Skills/Abilities): Expert knowledge and proven experience across multiple functions, such as consumer packaged goods, retail, manufacturing, logistics or finance. Advanced Knowledge of business and strategic planning process and principles, theories, and concepts; Advanced knowledge of systems development principles, theories and concepts; Versatility and breadth of knowledge; Sought after for advice on topics within area of expertise; Advanced change management, interpersonal, and communication skills. Proficient in the operation of a personal computer in a Windows environment to include the Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook; Proficient with numeric data analysis skills; Expert in Lean / six sigma / continuous improvement; Advanced project management skills; Excellent customer service skills; Teamwork focus; Strong organizational skills; Able to manage multiple initiatives concurrently; Specialized Expertise in Business process management and modeling skills.
