Schuylkill Community Action is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to join our 2026 Summer BLAST team. This seasonal role is perfect for those who enjoy working with youth and want to make a difference in their community by creating a safe, fun, and enriching environment.
As a member of our Summer Program Staff, you’ll lead and support engaging activities that promote a healthy and supportive atmosphere for attendees. You'll work closely with Schuylkill County Drug & Alcohol staff and guest presenters, helping deliver impactful lessons and activities. Monitoring safety, maintaining clean and welcoming spaces, and handling or reporting concerns responsibly are key parts of this role.

- Are committed to creating a positive experience for all attendees
Clearances Required:
All applicants must pass the following background checks:
- PA Child Abuse History Clearance
- PA State Police Criminal History Clearance
- FBI Criminal History Clearance
SCA will provide training on HIPAA, confidentiality, and reporting standards.
