Schutz Container System a Global Packaging Container Company located in Kenosha, Wisconsin looking for a Chemical Engineer -Waste Water Manager
Job Duties,
- Strong knowledge and understanding of SDS sheets to make risk assessments, chemical classifications and waste determinations
- Knowledge and understanding of RCRA and EPA regulations and rules
- Experience and strong knowledge in chemical neutralization and understanding the difference between an Acid and a base.
- Classify all incoming fill goods as needed.
- Neutralize corrosive residues in Elementary Neutralization Units
- Manage all waste streams produced at the facility for proper disposal
- Hands on environment with 50% of time split between office work and monitoring the reconditioning process and waste streams.
Job Requirements
- 4 year Chemical Degree
- 3-5 year Manufacturing Experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Computer knowledge of MS Windows and SAP
