The Assembly Stager is responsible for preparing and staging helmet shells and faceguards for the assembly process. This role ensures that the correct shell models, colors, and faceguards are matched, labeled, and ready for production. The position requires strong attention to detail, organization, and proficiency in Excel for tracking and updating staging lists. The ideal candidate will also be trainable in Avante for work order management and inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pull, label, and stage helmet shells and faceguards based on production schedules
- Match shell models, colors, and sizes to the correct faceguards
- Use Excel to track work orders, quantities, and staging progress
- Learn and use Avante to verify part status and update work order information
- Verify part accuracy and quality before assembly handoff
- Maintain an organized staging area and communicate with assembly and paint teams

- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (data entry, sorting, and basic formulas)
- Avante trainable (ERP system)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods
