Duties

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage cash register operations, including processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Train, mentor, and supervise staff to promote a positive work environment and enhance team performance.
• Conduct inventory management tasks, including stocking shelves, pricing products, and organizing displays.
• Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data and assist in budgeting processes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store to create an inviting shopping experience.
• Implement promotional strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.

Experience

• Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred, particularly in grocery stores or wireless sales.
• Proficiency in cash register operations and POS systems is essential.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent phone etiquette for customer interactions.
• Familiarity with budgeting practices and retail math principles is a plus.
