What You’ll Do:
- Prep, cook, and plate items to exact specs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe station
- Master each station, and strictly follow all procedures, techniques, and protocol
- Communicate clearly with team members and expo
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Keep calm under pressure during busy rushes
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years cooking experience in commercial kitchens
- Strong knife skills and understanding of kitchen operations
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Able to stand for long shifts

- Set up station for menu execution
- Handles, stores, and rotates product
- Adheres to set standards in cooking techniques and portioning
- Ensure that the kitchen area is clean and safe
- Ensures food quality and timeliness
- Practices correct food handling, product storage, and rotation procedures
- Complies with all sanitation and safety regulations and standards
- Experience in high-volume kitchen
- Excellent knife skills
- Ability to calmly and respectfully communicate with co-workers
