About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Welding Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. This position plays a critical role in fabricating high-quality steel and metal components that support our commitment to precision, safety, and reliability. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and experienced in hands-on welding and fabrication work.
What You’ll Do
- Weld, cut, and fabricate metal components using MIG, TIG, and stick welding processes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and fabrication drawings.
- Prepare materials by measuring, cutting, fitting, and tacking parts.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality, accuracy, and safety standards are met.
- Maintain welding equipment and a clean, organized work area.
- Follow all safety policies and report equipment or material issues promptly.
- Work collaboratively with shop leadership and teammates to meet production goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Completion of a formal welding apprenticeship or equivalent in-house training.
- Hands-on experience with MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical shop-floor work.
