Essential Functions
- Capable of creating a positive learning environment, conveying objectives clearly, encouraging and motivating trainees.
- Work 85-90% of shift on the shop floor to implement training requirements.
- Communicate effectively through hands on training, verbal training, and presentations. Document results when required.
- Evaluate learning outcomes and report feedback to the shift supervisors to assist in building a development plan.
- Must have ability to self-motivate and work without direction, as well as coordinate with cross-functional teams to complete daily responsibilities.
- Maintain familiarity with various training techniques, use of company LMS, and proper procedures. Navigate company database systems.
- Maintain significant knowledge of how to run machinery and be able to conduct training for a variety of positions. May advance or refresh skills through the running of machines if necessary.
- Participate in Onboarding and retention process.
- Leverages interpersonal and leadership skills to foster a positive workplace culture that supports employee engagement, collaboration, and long-term retention.
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

- Perform other related duties as assigned
