Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Property Management Bookkeeper & Administrator to assist with bookkeeping, office administration, property management coordination, tenant communication, and day-to-day office operations.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, professional, and comfortable handling a wide variety of responsibilities in a fast-moving office environment.
Experience in bookkeeping, property management, real estate administration, legal office administration, or office operations is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist with bookkeeping and accounting-related tasks
- Maintain organized office and financial records
- Coordinate with tenants, vendors, accountants, and attorneys
- Assist with rent tracking, invoices, and administrative reporting
- Support day-to-day property management operations
- Assist with lease preparation and related paperwork
- Answer phones and assist with front desk responsibilities
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Organize digital and physical filing systems
- Assist ownership with administrative and operational tasks
- Handle general office coordination and support responsibilities
- Support real estate and lending operations as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of administrative experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Professional demeanor and attention to detail
- Bookkeeping/accounting experience preferred
- Property management, legal office, or real estate experience preferred
- Buildium & QuickBooks experience is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and office technology
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
