What are the responsibilities and job description for the Logistics Associate position at SCHUNK Intec Inc?

Shipping Department --Hours: 7:30am - 4pm (Monday - Friday)
You will be responsible for:
· Preparing toolholding, workholding automation, spare parts, and other products for shipment, using SCHUNK’s packaging procedures to the customer.
· Order picking, packing, and processing of small, medium packages and LTL freight.
· Receiving, putting up stock, and otherwise handling inventory.
· Maintaining records, files, and a clean and safe working environment.
· Verifying items received by comparing the purchase order and the packing list/invoice.
· Operating material handling equipment including pallet jacks, fork trucks and others as required to perform responsibilities.
Requirements:· High School diploma
· Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
· Picking, Packing, Warehouse experience
· Ability to read, understand and interpret documents such as catalogs, price lists, inventory lists, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
· Ability to use or learn to use ERP sales/order applications and/or systems. SAP experience is preferred.
· Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
· Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain SCHUNK fork truck license
· Ability to count, add, substract, divide, and multiply
· Previous exposure to working in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision
· Ability to use initiative to identify and solve customer and product delivery problems
