Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and responsible Crew Leader / Driver to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead a crew , ensuring efficient and safe transport of household goods. This position allows for an individual to excersise their time and space management skills.
Duties
- Lead and supervise a crew of movers to facilitate transporting, storage, and packing of household goods.
- Safely operate various equipment, trucks, forklift. and to transport materials and crew members to job sites
- Oversee each job on site, including interfacing with the customer.
- Ensure all work is completed safety and within the regulations and company policies.
- Lead crew with packing, loading, unloading, carrying.
Requirements
- Valid CDL driver’s license experience operating trucks or large vehicles preferred
- Knowledge of safety procedures related equipment and vehicle operation
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to effectively lead a team and interact with clients

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
