SpareZ is a premier provider of active out-of-home entertainment. We are seeking a leader for our revitalized eTech function. The SpareZ eTech Function includes but is not limited to:
· Classic IT support
· Business information system support including Point of Sale
· Security system support
· Entertainment lighting, sound, and video support
· Amusements operations and equipment maintenance.
· Routine preventive maintenance of equipment with the ability to recognize failing components
· Telephone system support
· Evaluate the organization's technology use and needs and recommend improvements, such as hardware and software upgrades.
· Installing and repairing electronic equipment and associated system components.
· Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities, attention to detail, and team-building skills. The goal is to assure SpareZ technology continues to evolve in support of creating exceptional customer experiences.
