What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head of Sales, North America position at Schumacher Company LC?
The Opportunity
Build and lead the commercial engine for GROUP SCHUMACHER in North America. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own sales strategy and execution across the region — and lead a five-person sales team on-site at our Durant, Iowa headquarters — for a profitable, globally established, family-owned manufacturer in the agricultural industry.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone ready to step up. You get the autonomy to design the sales organization from the ground up, the backing of a global business, and a direct line to the top. If you want real ownership rather than a seat in an existing machine, this is it.
