Responsibilities:
- Oversee the dealership’s finance operations.
- Present financing and extended service options to customers in a transparent, compliant manner.
- Ensure all deals are fully compliant with federal, state, and lender regulations.
- Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions to secure the best terms for customers.
- Review all purchase agreements and paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to maximize gross profit and customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor sales staff on finance products and sales techniques.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Finance Manager and Sales Manager in an automotive dealership.
- Strong knowledge of automotive finance, lender programs, and compliance requirements.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding performance targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in dealership management systems (DMS) and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
