Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Body Shop Manager to oversee our automotive repair facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the automotive industry. As the Body Shop Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering a positive work environment for our team. Your expertise in automotive repair and vehicle maintenance will be crucial in guiding our technicians and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the body shop, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Oversee scheduling of repairs and maintenance services to optimize workflow and meet customer demands.
  • Maintain inventory of tools, and supplies, ensuring that the body shop is well-stocked at all times.
  • Implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Conduct regular inspections of work performed by technicians to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally, providing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve service delivery.

Experience

  • Proven experience in automotive body repair.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in auto body repair, auto restoration, or dealership operations is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the automotive industry.
  • Previous managerial or supervisory experience is a plus, demonstrating the ability to lead a team effectively.
  • Familiarity with auto glass replacement processes is advantageous but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with both staff and customers.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
