Job Description:
Schumacher Chevrolet is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, customer-focused, and experienced in structuring automotive finance deals while maintaining compliance and maximizing profitability.
This position plays a key role in the dealership’s success by assisting customers with financing options, presenting protection products, and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Secure financing for customers through lenders and financial institutions
- Present and sell finance and insurance products (service contracts, GAP, etc.)
- Ensure all deals comply with federal, state, and dealership regulations
- Accurately complete and submit all finance documentation
- Work closely with the sales team to structure deals and close transactions
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders
- Provide excellent customer service during the finance process
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of Automotive Finance Manager experience required
- Strong knowledge of automotive finance products and compliance regulations
- Experience with Dealertrack CRM preferred
- Excellent communication and closing skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
