What you’ll do
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, and drivability concerns.
- Perform maintenance and repairs such as brakes, tires, batteries, filters, and tune-ups.
- Complete thorough multi-point inspections and identify safety or mechanical concerns.
- Road-test vehicles and verify repairs.
- Document work accurately in repair orders and the CDK system.
- Work with service advisors and the parts team to complete repairs efficiently.
- Keep your workspace safe, clean, and organized.
What we’re looking for
- Automotive repair experience and strong diagnostic skills
- Ford/Lincoln certification or the ability to obtain and maintain manufacturer certifications
- High school diploma or GED; automotive trade school is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Good communication, computer, and documentation skills
- A dependable, safety-minded teammate who takes pride in quality work
Schedule: Day shift, 8-hour shifts, with scheduled Saturdays. Regular and predictable attendance is required.
