Our company is dedicated to craft, precision, and quality, ensuring exceptional results at every stage. We strive to deliver innovative and reliable solutions to bring clients' signature scents to market.
The Role
We need someone who can jump between the lab bench and the warehouse floor without missing a beat. You’ll be responsible for the physical creation of our products and the digital systems that track them. Your fingerprints will be on almost everything we do.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
- The Lab: You’ll be mixing and blending all raw materials for both R&D and production. You’ll run the lab: aesthetic burn tests, stability, and compatibility..
- The Warehouse: You’ll manage all incoming shipments. You’ll be responsible for unboxing, inspecting, and organizing everything. You’ll "stage" every job, meaning you’ll have every component prepped and ready before production even starts.
- The Data: You’ll keep our database (Google Suite/MS Office) tight. Every batch, every test result, and every inventory movement gets logged by you.
- The Rest: You’ll work directly with the CEO on whatever else needs doing to keep the company moving forward.
Who We’re Looking For
- Attention to Detail: You’re the type of person who notices when things aren’t right, you have an enduring pursuit of quality and craft.
- Work Ethic: You’re a hard worker, period. You don't mind getting your hands dirty or moving heavy boxes.
- Curiosity: Asks "why" and "how can we do this better?" We’re looking for a person who builds a solid process, follows it, and then improves it so we can grow together.
- Tech Savvy: You should be very comfortable in Google Sheets and Excel. You don't need to be a coder, but you do need to be organized and efficient with data.
The Benefits
- Vital Impact: You’re a core member of a small team. What you do matters every single day.
- Generous PTO: We value hard work, but we also value time off.
- Direct Growth: You’ll be working alongside the CEO, giving you a front-row seat to how the business runs and the opportunity to grow your career as we scale.
