Schulte Staffing Solutions is seeking experienced Sheet Metal Workers / Machine Operators for a well-established manufacturer in Georgetown, MA. This company offers job stability, overtime opportunities, and excellent benefits once hired on permanently.

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Operate Stamp Press, Punch Press, or Press Brake machines
- Set up jobs from work orders and blueprints
- Pull tooling, prep setups, and perform first piece inspections
- Use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) to verify accuracy
- Gather materials, complete setups, and support production runs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Assist with other duties as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with Punch Press or Press Brake (Amada a plus)
- Machine shop or sheet metal fabrication background
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills strong attention to detail
- Safety shoes required
- Team player who’s reliable and willing to work OT
