What You'll Tackle

• Build sheet metal parts and subassemblies directly from blueprints and detailed instructions.
• Use hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, hammers, etc.) to complete precision assembly steps.
• Verify dimensions and tolerances with micrometers, calipers, and other precision instruments.
• Perform focused, repetitive hand operations with consistent accuracy.
• Integrate honeycomb mesh along with other specialty materials into finished assemblies.
• Inspect components thoroughly for alignment, defects, and quality compliance.
• Maintain a safe, organized work area and follow all safety and company procedures.

Qualifications You’ll Need

• Experience in manufacturing, sheet metal, or assembly environments preferred.
• Ability to interpret and use precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.).
• Strong dexterity, attention to detail, and a quality-focused approach.
• Comfort with small parts and detailed, repetitive assembly tasks.
• Proactive problem solver with a commitment to craftsmanship.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical coursework a plus.

Physical Capabilities

• Stand, bend, and perform manual work for long periods.
• Lift up to 25 lbs when needed.
• Execute fine motor tasks with steadiness and precision.
