Step into your day shaping metal with precision At a fast-paced metal fabrication shop, your morning begins at 6:00am on a Mazak HCN-5000. You’ll load fixtures, verify offsets, select tooling, and refine programs right at the control. By midday, you’re alternating between horizontal and vertical mills—including Mazak 700 or comparable machines—dialing in tight tolerances, interpreting complex blueprints, and collaborating with teammates to keep production on target. You wrap up at 2:30pm with the option to stay for overtime if you choose.
