Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a welcoming, professional environment.
- Manage all spa reservations, including scheduling appointments, confirming bookings, and adjusting changes as needed.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries related to spa services, pricing, and availability.
- Provide accurate information on treatments, therapists, and spa policies to guests.
- Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and maintain accurate client records using spa management software.
- Promote and upsell spa services, packages, and retail products to enhance the guest experience.
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization in the reception and retail areas.
- Coordinate with spa therapists and management to ensure a seamless guest experience and efficient workflow.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality, or receptionist role preferred.
- Experience in a spa, salon, or wellness environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with spa booking software and point-of-sale systems is preferred.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Friendly, professional, and polished demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and comfort with handling cash and electronic payments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking/reservation platforms.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with client information.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed.
