Role Description

We’re seeking a CNC Set-Up / Operator to join our manufacturing team in producing high-performance components that meet the strictest aerospace and industrial requirements. You’ll work hands-on with state-of-the-art CNC equipment, ensuring every part meets exact specifications and reflects our commitment to quality.
Responsibilities
- Manufacture and inspect parts according to prints and model-based data.
- Verify dimensions using proper measuring tools.
- Perform minor CNC program edits (Haas).
- Set up and operate 3- and/or 5-axis milling machines per setup sheets.
- Maintain records, equipment, and workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety.
- Operate within an ISO9000/AS9100 certified environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience (aerospace machining preferred).
- Proficiency with Haas or Fanuc controls.
- Strong math and mechanical skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and model-based data.
- Must own basic tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
