JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide attentive and friendly customer service to all guests.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring order accuracy.
Communicate clearly between kitchen and service staff to coordinate timing and quality of orders.
Inspect plates before service to ensure presentation, completeness, and special requests are correct.
Assist bartenders by restocking liquor, beer, wine, ice, glassware, garnishes, and bar supplies.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar, dining room, expo line, and service stations.
Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain dining flow.
Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.
Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
