JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Wash and sanitize dishes, silverware, pots, pans and miscellaneous items using a sink or automated dishwasher.
- Follow proper procedures regarding using the machinery required.
- Follow established practices for transporting and storing dirty or clean items.
- Follow established food sanitary requirements and safety precautions.
- Maintain an orderly, clean and safe work area and storage facilities.
- Follows established safety procedures, use of personal protective equipment and sharps policies.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
- Ability to multi-task
- Team player
