JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cleans and sanitizes all kitchen utensils, plates, glassware, pots and pans
- Maintains clean and organized workstations in the kitchen
- Mops floors and cleans kitchen equipment to ensure a safe and sanitary environment
- Assists with cleaning and organizing service areas, banquet items and dishware from all outlets
- Supports kitchen and service operations by keeping all areas orderly, restocked and ready for use
- Ensures proper trash removal and disposal in accordance with sanitation standards
- Assists with putting away daily orders and organizing storage areas as needed
- Performs various other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of High School education preferred
- Previous experience ina similar role required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequent bending, lifting, pushing and pulling
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in hot, cold and wet environments
- Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
- Ability to multi-task
- Team player
