JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up banquet rooms according to the Banquet Event Order (BEO) and floor plans.
- Arrange tables, chairs, stages, dance floors, and other event equipment.
- Set tables with linens, china, glassware, silverware, and centerpieces.
- Ensure banquet rooms are clean, organized, and guest-ready before each event.
- Set up buffet lines, beverage stations, bars, and other food service areas.
- Perform quality checks to ensure all equipment and room setups meet hotel standards.
- Complete room setups within scheduled timelines to ensure events begin on time.
- Make room setup changes as requested by guests, supervisors, or event planners.
- Tear down banquet rooms after events and return furniture and equipment to storage.
- Follow all safety procedures and work as a team to provide exceptional guest service.
