Social Media Community Manager
Schulson Collective is a nationally recognized hospitality group celebrated for its design‑forward restaurants, chef‑driven concepts, and high‑impact brand storytelling. As we continue expanding across major markets, we’re seeking a Social Media Community Manager who can help shape and amplify the digital voice of one of the most dynamic hospitality portfolios in the country.
This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands internet culture intuitively, and can translate emerging trends into elevated, on‑brand content. You’ll play a key role in driving the Collective’s presence across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other emerging platforms, ensuring each concept’s identity is expressed with authenticity, creativity, and polish.
Working closely with the Senior Social & Creative Strategist and Social & Creative Strategist, you’ll support content production and community engagement across multiple markets including Philadelphia, Miami, Delray Beach, and New York City — helping position Schulson Collective as a leader in digital hospitality storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Execute TikTok‑forward content strategies across assigned Schulson Collective brands
- Film, edit, and publish high‑quality short‑form video optimized for platform performance
- Identify emerging trends, sounds, creators, and cultural moments with strong brand fit
- Adapt trends to align with each restaurant’s unique identity, audience, and tone
- Capture social‑first content independently at restaurant locations
- Attend larger shoots to capture mobile content, behind‑the‑scenes moments, and support production needs
- Manage community engagement across assigned accounts, including comments, DMs, and guest interactions
- Participate in weekly content planning sessions and monthly analytics reviews
- Collaborate with the social team to maximize content captured from shoots, events, activations, and openings
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and current social media trends
- Proven experience filming and editing short‑form video for brands or personal platforms
- Strong grasp of what performs on TikTok and how audiences engage with content
- Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities in a fast‑paced, multi‑market environment
- Comfortable appearing in content and participating in lifestyle‑focused shoots when needed
- Hospitality or agency experience preferred, but not required
- Must be available five (5) days a week in-office
