Summary of Position:
Serve customers in the box office, concession stand, bowling area or arcade. Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional experience for all of our guests. Each Employees primary objective is to show our guests such a marvelous time, they will want to return again and again.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Serve customers in the box office, concession stand, bowling area or arcade. Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional experience for all of our guests. Each Employees primary objective is to show our guests such a marvelous time, they will want to return again and again.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintains a Guest focus while performing duties
- Follows proper cash handling procedures
- Sets up, maintains and operates Concession Stand and cashier station at box office, bowling, and arcade.
- Takes food orders and drink orders from patrons.
- Verifies legal age of patrons going to rated R movies.
- Rings food and beverage orders into register, collects payment, and make change
- Practices safe serving techniques and informs manager on duty of any action that is necessary
- Maintains a positive attitude and always SMILE.
- Keeps area clean during and after event
- Keeps work area, equipment, utensils, counters, and storage areas clean and orderly
- Other duties as assigned by supervisors or management staff
