Summary of Position:
Assist customers with Arcade. Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional experience for all of our guests. Each Employee's primary objective is to show our guests such a marvelous time, that they will want to return again and again.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintains a Guest focus while performing duties
- Help guests with redeeming points for prizes
- Let customers know the point balance on their cards
- Maintains a positive attitude and always SMILE.
- Keeps area clean during and after customers are in the arcade
- Keeps work area, equipment, counters, and storage areas clean and orderly
- Notify management of any games needing to be repaired or issues with card kiosks
- Other duties as assigned by supervisors or management staff
