Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for visiting
- Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain products based on customer needs and desires
- Describe product features and benefits; demonstrate the use and operation of the product
- Provide information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of merchandise
- Handle cash transactions using POS system
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges
- Ensure the sales floor is neat, clean, organized, and reflects the correct visual image
- Replenish stock as needed to ensure products are available for customers
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner; escalate issues as needed to management
- Participate in outdoor events to promote brand
Skills:
- Proficient in phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries effectively
- Experience in wireless sales is a plus
- Ability to conduct product demos to showcase features
- Knowledge of technology sales trends and techniques
- Familiarity with retail math for transactions and inventory management
- Strong English communication skills to interact with customers
- Experience with POS systems for processing sales transactions
- Proven track record in sales with a focus on meeting targets
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
