What are the responsibilities and job description for the Welder position at Schuler Manufacturing?
POSITION SUMMARY The position will consist of welding of mild steel. Applicants must be able to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and tape measure. A weld test will be required at the time of interview.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Proficient use of basic hand tools
Accurate tape measure reading
Experience in MIG Welding
Must be able to read and interpret shop drawings
Ability to lift and maneuver 75lbs.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
2 years on-the-job experience in related field or industry.
