Schuler Bauer Real Estate Services is seeking a detail-oriented, dependable, and friendly Office Receptionist & Transaction Manager to join our Elizabethtown team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our office, supporting agents, leadership, and clients while handling a mix of administrative, transaction, and listing coordination duties.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Greeting visitors and answering incoming calls
- Managing new listings, pending files, and closings in Dotloop, MLS, and BrokerWolf
- Ensuring accuracy in all real estate documentation
- Supporting agent transactions, earnest money deposits, and office calendar coordination
- Assisting with agent onboarding, reports, and internal communication
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Friendly, professional communication style
- Previous experience in real estate admin, title, or office support preferred
- Familiarity with Dotloop, MLS systems (HKAR/GLAR), and/or BrokerWolf a plus
- Graphic design experience with Canva for marketing assistance
