Job Description
As an Account Manager, your previous experience with agency management systems, property and
casualty rating and underwriting, and customer advocacy will play a critical role in your day-to-day work.
You will regularly engage with Clients and Prospects to review policies, facilitate policy changes, answer
billing and policy questions, track and analyze claims, audit documentation, assist Sales Executives,
Customer Service Techs, and the Director in maintenance strategies for accounts.

Responsibilities
- ?Follow up on newly issued policies to ensure adherence to Best Practices
- ? Communicate directly with Clients and Prospects to collect information, request documents, answer
- questions, assist with billing and payments, and file claims.
- ? Perform annual account reviews and update rating information and RCEs.
- ? Quote and issue policy changes and cancellations.
- ? Build and maintain trusted relationships with underwriters by responding to requests and discussing
- risk approval when needed.
- ? Work with Mortgagees and Additional Insureds to exchange information and documentation.
- ? Maintain a calendar to assist Sales Executives in scheduling client conferences (phone/video) and
- meetings.
- ? Analyze carrier rating and product trends to assist the Director in individual account strategies.
- ? Review renewals for accuracy, calculate any premium changes, and research and document driving
- factors of premium increases to determine an action plan.
- ? Advise Sales Executives of marketing, remarketing, or account rounding opportunities.
- ? Work in tandem with the Director and Sales Executives to prioritize Prospect quoting and Client
- remarketing.
- ? Additional tasks, as requested by the Director.
Requirements
- Must have the ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail.
- ? Willingness to independently research and solicit guidance for clarification or problem-solving.
- ? Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task.
- ? Exhibit exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- ? Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Services, & Zoom
- ? Enthusiasm toward new technologies and ideas, with an eagerness to learn and advance as part of
- a team.
- ? Ability to apply technical knowledge in insurance coverage, terminology, and concepts.
- ? Willingness and ability to adhere to uniform processes and naming conventions.
- Ability to adapt and effectively communicate ideas with stakeholders to collaborate within the
- department.
- ? Property & Casualty Insurance license for Indiana required.
- ? 2-5 years of experience working in agency management systems, such as Epic or AMS360.
Must have High School Diploma
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
