What You’ll Do
As a Client Service Representative, you’ll play a key behind-the-scenes role supporting store sales, delivery coordination, and internal processing to keep the Home Center running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold our core values in every interaction, internal and external.
- Serve as a front-line support resource for Home Center phone calls and client inquiries.
- Support delivery scheduling and coordination with operations.
- Process spiffs and STA submissions accurately and on time.
- Order appliance parts as needed to support service and operations.
- Oversee gross profit calculations and validation through AltheaSuite.
- Manage store-to–Schroeder’s Home Services spiff processing and reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication between departments.

What You Bring to the Team
- Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles preferred.
- Detail-Oriented: Comfortable handling numbers, tracking details, and processing incentives accurately.
- Communication Skills: Clear, professional phone and written communication.
- Tech Comfortable: Able to learn and navigate internal systems such as AltheaSuite and scheduling tools.
- Self-Managed: Able to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines—especially in a hybrid environment.
- Team Mindset: Willing to jump in and support the team wherever needed.
