What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pharmacy Clerk/Cashier position at Schroeder Drugs?
Schroeder Drugs is seeking an energetic, passionate individual to join our team. We are an independent locally owned pharmacy that is dedicated to serving our patients with a mission of having them leave our pharmacy feeling better than when they entered.
Part Time
Responsibilities:
· Greet patients as soon as they arrive
· Ring up their prescription orders
· Research prescriptions using computer software
· Learn about & educate our patients about our products and wellness services to help solve their problems & meet their needs
· Manage inventory, keep the front end organized, promote our products
Availability and Scheduling:
The ideal candidate would 3 days a week, shifts will be 9am-3pm or 2pm-6pm. 1 to 2 Saturdays a month from 9a-1pm. We are closed Sunday and Major holidays.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in pharmacy or other retail fields and sales
· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Positive, helpful attitude at All Times
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.50 per hour
