Other Notes:
- While we do our best to spread work out as much as possible, we operate in an industry that is very much tied to deadlines. You must be willing to put in extra effort at busier times of the year, while other times will be less demanding. (February-mid April is typically a more demanding time. The first week or two of a new month are typically heavier than last two weeks of each month.) That said, even in the worst of “busy season,” we would not expect you to work more than 50 hours in a week maximum, usually less.
- This can be a hybrid role if desired. Expect mostly in-person work to start, then as trust and competence are established, we may agree on two or three days in office per week.
- A small amount of local travel is expected (meetings with clients, networking events, etc.)
- Willing to consider flexible work arrangements, such as schedules that would allow you to meet personal obligations like caring for children or aging parents. We are open to schedules that will average to less than 40 hours per week, as long as you can work at least 30 hours per week, and most of those hours will be during normal business hours.
- It is our intention that the person who is offered this role would grow into a manager position in the next 2-3 years.
- Relaxed office environment in a charming village within walking distance of great coffee shops and lunch spots
