Your Contribution
- Responsible for assembling various Fiber opti/Medical units.
- Prepare tubing; assemble fiber bundles.
- Works under instruction with drawings to assemble mechanical parts.
- Grinds and polishes fiber optics assemblies with guidance.
- Basic understand for the manufacturing documentation, EDS & FOD requirements.
- Provide feedback regarding production issues.
- Label and package products, make boxes.
- Maintain appropriate levels of work supplies
- Work with manufacturing and engineering to make suggestions for process improvement. Share personal experiences with others.
- Measure dimensions related to prints.
- Under Supervision set-up tests according to appropriate test procedures.
- Coordinate efforts to make team schedules and quality goals.
- Meets utilization targets and standard times.
- Accurately enters Database/SAP transactions in the computer.
- Maintains daily records, including labor sheets and routers.
- Responsible for observing and following all Environmental, Health and Safety rules and procedures.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and results oriented.
- Ability to work in a team oriented environment.
- Good manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination.
- Due to the nature of work performed at this facility, US Person status may be required.
